For every blend we roast and package, our sensory panel uses SCA standard protocols to develop samples, documenting the flavor, quality, and extraction, and making any recommendations as needed.
After we’ve developed the best coffee possible, we’ll send you free samples and will collect additional feedback from you. Once you’re happy, we then lock-in your approved specifications and package your new custom coffee blend – nothing happens until you’re satisfied with the product.
